I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, meaning I am licensed to provide individual and family therapy services in the state of North Carolina by the Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. I enjoy helping others and my internal drive to work with people has led me into the field of counseling. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings (private therapy practice, schools, in-home settings, and military base). My clinical areas of interest are: anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression, parent-child relationships, conflict resolution, couples counseling, behavioral disorders, behavioral addictions, and vocational adjustments and life coaching.
