I am a licensed therapist and Personal Empowerment Coach. I specialize in Personal growth , life transitions , self-esteem, authentic identity, depression & anxiety.

All services are offered online and in person at several locations.
I provide comprehensive and holistic programs to meet my clients specific needs. My approach is person centered and strength based.

I currently provide trauma focused therapy for clients experiencing symptoms associated with systemic racism. Black PTSD is very real, and the impact is has on black men especially, often presents a barrier to growth and wellness.

Q Where / When can I schedule in person sessions.

I plan to resume in office sessions in November of 2020 if conditions allow.

Q Do you accept insurance?

I accept most insurance plans and some EAP plans. I currently do not accept Aetna, Cigna, Medicare or Medicaid for adults.

Q Do you provide help for clients experiencing anxiety or depression related to racial oppression or abuse?

I provide trauma focused therapy for clients experiencing various types of trauma. Systemic racism and the associated symptoms is an area I've become especially proficient to address.
