I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling and I currently practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Life & Grief Coach. I use different approaches and techniques with each client including, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Techniques, and Mindfulness. By using empathy, solution-focused, and client-centered approaches, I support and encourage my clients to focus on what is meaningful to them and what’ works for their situation.

I believe that personal strength is important and that change can happen with an open mind and positive actions. My goal is to help you move forward and not feel guilty about any decisions you make as you become more self-aware of what is important to you.
