“Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life” – Shannon L. Alder.

It takes bravery to open up your heart, mind, and soul to someone in an effort to discover, confront, change or embrace what is inside. You are invited to take a deep dive into your life and background and explore what is there. I hope to be the person to join you on your journey of self-discovery and advancement. As a therapist, I help my clients realize their strengths and utilize them to reach their personal goals. I want to assist you in doing the same.
