Through evidence based techniques, you can learn how to relax, heal, and feel a deeper connection to yourself and others. Pragma Wellness combines psychotherapy, stillness, and movement. It involves a committed love for yourself, other people, the earth, and the universe as a whole. Somatic-based therapies including: Breath Work, Sensation Awareness, and Grounding Techniques are used with: Pilates, Resistance Training, and Dance, helping you achieve mental and physical health.
