I attended Georgia State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2001. In 2009, I earned a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University Theological Seminary and Graduate School.
After graduating from Liberty University, I attended Florida State University where I earned a Master of Social (MSW) degree in 2011. I became a licensed clinical social worker in 2014. I am also a school social worker currently serving high school students the Homeless Education Program of Polk County Public Schools known as the HEARTH Project.
Grace Counseling Services of Winter Haven, LLC in Winter Haven, Florida is based on the Bible. The therapeutic approaches utilized are based on biblical principles in conjunction with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in the State of Florida. I am also qualified to provide supervision to registered social work, mental health, and marriage and family interns.
I currently hold a State of Florida certificate in Education (Social Work). I served in the Florida Army National Guard for 10 years and 5 of those years as a Behavioral Health Specialist. She has been a school social worker for Polk County Public Schools since 2011 and in mental health counseling since 2016.
