Q What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

The fundamental distinction is in the modality and strategy to meeting the needs of the client. Therapy investigates emotions and focuses on prior experiences. Is problem-oriented, emphasizing the "how," treating mental health issues, and analyzing behavior. Coaching, on the other hand, is future and solution oriented, short-term, works toward life satisfaction, focuses on personal growth, and action oriented.

Q Do you only accept clients from the Washington Metropolitan Area?

No. We service clients worldwide. We travel to our clients at a travel cost, and we also see clients virtually for coaching sessions and training.

Q Are your services provided in-person or virtual?

We offer our services in-person and virtually. We also follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines as they're released, and the safety of our employees and clients is our main priority.
