Therapy can help one to explore themselves, their choices, and their ideals. Ultimately, it can be used as a catalyst for empowerment and self-improvement.

Utilizing a strength-based approach I can aid with a wide range of difficulties, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, unresolved emotional issues, the mind-body connection, self-esteem/self-empowerment, and creating meaning and purpose in life.
