We provide outpatient counseling services for adults. We also provide group therapy. We work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, stress, trauma & a wide range of other emotional & mental health issues. We have a special interest in working with clients who are struggling with self-esteem issues, perfectionism, control issues, “the need to please” & “finding purpose”.
