In 2007, I entered the mental health field with the desire to help children.
Since then, I spent 7 of my 10+ years in the profession providing individual, family, and group therapy to at-risk children and their families.
In 2017, I switched my clinical work, focusing on adult and adolescent individuals, couples, and groups through private practice and with military populations.
Last summer, after living in California my entire life, I moved to North Carolina. The cost of living and increasing population caused me to yearn for greenery and open, natural space. Despite my move, I wanted to continue to provide services to those in California who were still limited by access to therapy- whether due to cost, commute, or lack of insurance.
