Breaking free from those thoughts has been really hard but once we remind ourselves why we’re doing certain activities (because they make us feel good) everything changes again!

-Surround yourself with supportive people! It sounds cliche but as long as there’s at least ONE friend around who’ll stop your negative thoughts and help you realize the good in yourself, it all starts to make a difference.
